Point To Point installs all fiber and copper cabling using the latest and most environmentally friendly construction techniques. Conduits are utilized to install network cabling. Existing conduit structures are sometimes available for use. However, when existing conduits are not availble, Point To Point can install them. Conduits are usually between 1 to 2 inches in diameter and made from High Density Polyethylene.

Conduits are installed by horizontal directional drilling. This method of installation uses mechanical force to pull the conduits through the ground, limiting disruption to city and private infrastructure. Directional drilling requires no large open trenches and minimizes dust, debris, and traffic problems. Up to 1000 feet of conduit can be installed per day. All cable placed inside buildings is pulled in indoor-rated conduits, which meet current fire codes.

Point To Point’s staff will work with your organization to minimize the impact the installation may have on your business operations. Click forĀ frequently asked questions aboutĀ the installation process.
